“In the past year, Belimed has become one of the leading companies in the field of infection control in China. I am thankful to all of you here!” On January 9, Belimed held its 2014 kick off meeting in Shanghai. Mr. Liu Xuan, Managing Director of Belimed China, started the meeting with these thankful words to the employees.
Mr. Liu Xuan announced exciting news to all the employees: Belimed China was consistently profitable in 2013 by overcoming various difficulties and the sales revenue grew rapidly as well. It achieved success in pharmacy business and services. Sticking to APAC marketing strategy, Belimed APAC also developed its business well.
Mr. Liu Xuan pointed out that Belimed China had turned big company and from 2014, it would aim to become a powerful one.
He analyzed the challenges Belimed China would meet in the future. For example, the marketing growth might become slower. How would Belimed China improve its customer satisfaction? How should Belimed China manage the new product line?
All the employees of Belimed China attended the kick off meeting. The meeting lasted 3 days. During the meeting, Belimed offered service training and performed team building, which obtained the expected result.
