The Transport System 16 (TS 16) allows safe, ergonomic, and easy handling of materials when using Belimed Steam Sterilizers. Each model of Belimed Sterilizers comes with its own set of manual and automated load/unload accessories that promote adaptive load configurations and optimized workflow.

Each model of Belimed Steam Sterilizers is compatible with several types of loading and unloading options that can be manual or automated. Designed to maximize the productivity of the sterilizer to transport the instruments safely to the storage area.

• Each model comes with a size-specific loading rack that has adjustable shelves to allow accommodation of different sizes of instruments.
• Each loading rack for the MST-V and MST-H Carriage loading steam sterilizers can be loaded and unloaded using a transport cart and this cart also helps move the rack around in the department as needed. The loading racks for the MST-H Option GR can be automatically loaded and unloaded directly from the floor without using a transport cart.
• Smaller-sized MST-V sterilizers can be equipped with pull-out shelves and foot pedals to save space and improve workflow for smaller departments or fast lanes in larger department.
• Automated loading and unloading solutions are also available for all sterilizers that provide increased velocity through the sterilization process.
• Ergonomically designed loading height for ideal loading and unloading, easing staff back strain and repetitive motion.
