Sterilizer Automation

The TS MST transport system allows safe, ergonomic and easy handling of materials when using Belimed’s steam sterilizers. Our steam sterilizers, including the MST-V 09.02 and MST-H 10.02, are equipped with a comprehensive set of manual and automated load/unload accessories, tailored to each model. These accessories are designed to enhance workflow efficiency and adapt to various load configurations. The system includes an automatic loading/unloading unit that enables fully automated handling of the sterilizer, a queue line to facilitate a streamlined proces.

Features

• Optimized  workflow: The automatic loading unit takes the batch cart either directly from the transport cart or from the queue line and loads it into the sterilizer in several steps.
• Automatic batch cart loading/unloading capability: Each model comes with a size-specific loading rack, which has adjustable shelves to accommodate different sizes of containers or wraps.
• Compatibility: For the MST-V, the existing batch carts can be reused. For the MST-H in sizes 9-6-12 and 9-6-15, dedicated batch carts are required, which are also compatible with the TS 16.
• Hands-free operation: After docking the loaded transport cart, the batch cart is automatically transported into the sterilizer and the sterilization process starts automatically without any further input from the operator.
• Batch cart tracking system: To ensure high process reliability, the position of the batch carts is tracked by sensors throughout the entire loading and unloading process.
• Easy maintenance: For cleaning or maintenance work, the automatic loading/unloading unit can be easily disconnected from the sterilizer in a few simple steps without tools.
